Huge congratulations to the U19 Lancashire team:
Anirudh, Ibraheem, Oran, Jack, Chloe, Maisie, Rose and Ananya for an excellent 13, 7 win today against Northumberland in their last match of the season.
"I'd like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to all the players and parents for this season. You have been a wonderful group to manage and I am very, very proud of the young adults you are growing into. You listen, you learn, but, most of all, you always try your hardest which is all we ever ask," said team manager, Stu Davey.
"It takes a great deal of commitment and energy to field our junior county teams and we simply could not do this without the unstinting commitment of our parents who do the ferrying here there and everywhere. For the last 4 years, Mike and Sally Hardaker have been simply invaluable and we would not be where we are without their dedication to the sport."
