No Strings Badminton is a national participation programme offering low-cost, fun 'pay and play sessions' at a venue near you.
Providing participants with a friendly, welcoming and fully inclusive environment to play badminton, socialise and keep fit.
The ethos of the sessions is centred around fun and not competition and gives the opportunity to enjoy badminton on a pay-and-play basis so you don’t have commit to attending every week.
