These amazing women's only badminton sessions have been running for 6 years at Carnforth High School, organised by Adrian Greenwood.
Using all four courts, and with rackets and coaching available, the Ascension Badminton Club's initiative has provided a regular stream of ladies to enter the local league of Lancaster, as well as providing the social aspect of fun, friendly badminton...and ALL FOR FREE!
