The Sunrise Badminton Network is a small group of coaches and volunteers who work together to raise the level of badminton in Warrington and the surrounding area.
We believe that children should have fun on court while also being challenged in a safe environment.
Our aim is to connect with the registered clubs and groups in the area and become a portal for young players in to the local leagues and beyond.
We run 6 different training sessions:
Mondays: Warrington Youth Zone - 5-7:30pm (aged 12-18)
Tuesdays: Padgate Academy (by invitation only) U13 5-6:30pm; U19 6-8pm
Wednesdays: Bridgewater Lower School - 5-6pm (aged 12-18)
Thursdays: Warrington Youth Zone - 5-7:30pm (aged 7-12)
Fridays: Padgate Academy - 5-6pm (aged 7-14)
Saturdays: Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub - 9am -1pm (6-18 years)
Training sessions vary in price from £4-£6 dependant on the court costs.
The Sunrise Badminton Network organise two very popular, annual tournaments at the Warrington Youth Zone: U13 Warrington Challenge and U19 Warrington Challenge
